A. Taiwan Domestic delivery process
-Domestic of Taiwan : The goods in the station are less than NT.300, and the shipping fee is NT.120.
-Outlying Islands of Taiwan : Incloud Penghu、Kinmen、The Matsu Islands、Green Island、Xiaoliuqiu Island、 Orchid Island (Lanyu), the shipping fee is NT.200.
- Sunglasses : Delivery in 5-7 days.
- RX prescription eyewear : Delivery in 7-14 days.
B. International shipping process
-China、Hong Kong 、Macau, the shipping fee is NT.800.
-Foreign Shipping, the shipping fee is NT.1500.
-The product ship via post office registration of international air parcels.
5. Returns And Exchanges
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it. Please contact our customer service for below situation:

So you have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (1) Receive the wrong product.
(2) Receive the defective product.
- Definition for defective goods: lens has a wide range of scratch、coating peel off, etc…affect viewing, and frame defective, so forth。
- Non-definition for defective goods: lens has small dots or scratch on the surface、actual product with picture color difference, etc…, Above stated uncontrollable causes are unacceptable for merchandise return.
(3) ADHOC only accept product exchange if the product you receive is wrong or defective. If you need to return due to other reasons, please pay for the shipping fee.
(4) Damage caused by human factors or without product invoice is not within the scope of returns.
